Information you provide may include your name, email, contact details, tax and financial information, uploaded documents, appointment details, messages, reviews, electronic signatures, and account preferences.

We use information to provide account access, connect clients with preparers, process requested workflows, maintain documents and signatures, respond to support requests, and protect the service. Public directory profiles and published reviews may be visible to other users.

Base44 provides application hosting, authentication, storage, backend processing, and integrations. Assigned preparers may access information needed for your requested service. Email integrations send workflow notifications. Optional AI features share selected questions, documents and tax-profile information with Base44 and Google Gemini only after permission. AI may be inaccurate. You can decline or withdraw permission in Security settings and continue using manual workflows; avoid supplying unnecessary sensitive information.

You can request account and associated-data deletion from Security settings. You may also contact support or use the deletion instructions below. Submission of a request does not mean deletion has finished. Any required retention and the completion date must be confirmed by the operator.

Retention periods, legal grounds, service-provider details, international transfers, security controls, and applicable regional privacy rights require operator review. The operator states a five-year retention period starting when a client first uses the app, and a 30-day account-deletion completion target. The categories covered and any legal basis must be confirmed for each retained record; this statement does not establish that all personal data must legally be retained.
