Delete your Azriel eTaxPro account

In the app, sign in and open Security settings, then select Delete My Account and confirm your request. This requests account deletion and associated-data deletion; it is not a temporary deactivation.

If you cannot sign in, email info@azrieletaxpro.com with the subject Account deletion request and the email address associated with your account. Do not send your password, Social Security number, or tax documents by email. Support may need to verify account ownership.

The operator's account-deletion completion target is 30 days. The stated retention period is five years from first app use. The operator must explain which records are retained, the applicable legal basis, and the specific retention end date. A request acknowledgement is not confirmation that account access, documents, or backups have been deleted.

The automated request feature requires an approved completion timeframe and retention notice. If it is unavailable, contact support. Store submission remains pending until the full deletion process is configured and tested.
